I think you are right about tight coupling of webforms and bpm.  My post was a reflection of my grasping the wrong end of the stick with on-demand webforms rather than a comment about on-demand bpm.

There is, perhaps, a development channel here for the webforms vendors to grow.</description>

		<description>You could check out Kontinuum.  It has both a web based form design and web based process map design studio.  However both the webforms and bpm aspects are fairly tightly coupled and you will see that alot from BPM vendors.</description>
