RMP have just released an update of their SaaS BPMS. Top of the list of improvements is the integrated design / use of web forms, which is welcome and timely.

On-demand content management
There isn’t much information online about on-demand (SaaS) content management solutions. Possibly because SaaS has single figure market share of the content management market, the analysts such as Gartner and Forrester failed to consider such offerings in their most recent ECM magic quadrants and waves respectively. Even CMSWatch in their latest report seemingly miss most of the current offerings.
So, what options are available? Here is my starter list for 10:
I’m seeking a content management solution for a client at the moment, so I will be evaluating these offerings over the next few weeks. I’d be interested to know about any that I’ve missed.
Finally, it appears EMC are possibly launching Documentum as SaaS soon.
